The design process is a simple one! Four weeks after you receive your final images, I'll design a draft of the album or book for you to look over. I love a clean and minimal layout so that the images can really stand out, so I usually do a mix of 1-5 photos on each page. You'll be able to view each page design online and approve or make notes of changes you'd like to see. You can have up to 2 additional revisions past the initial design, with a possible redesign fee for each revision thereafter.

how to ORDER
Albums typically arrive within four weeks of placing your order.
How are the books and albums made?
They aren't built by machine, but are crafted by hand in Indianapolis, Indiana. Every Legacy Book and Heirloom Album is handcrafted and undergoes a four point inspection process before it ever leaves the lab's door. This means you get nothing but the best. Why is that important? Because your stories are worth it.
What is the turnaround time?
The turnaround time is 15 business days. The lab does offer rush options that upgrade your order to a 7 business day turnaround time. Quality can’t be done overnight, that’s why they believe that little extra time makes a world of difference.
How many spreads can I have in one book or album?
Both books and albums have a minimum of 10 spreads and a maximum of 40 spreads.
is there any sort of Warranty?
The lab itself warranties their books and albums for life against any manufacturer defect. They will work with you to replace or repair a book or album if any issues should arise. Please notify Alayna within 48 hours if your order arrives damaged. The lab nor Alayna Parker Photography is responsible for any mishandling of the album.
What is the difference between Legacy books and heirloom albums?
Legacy Books use inkjet printers to print your images. Heirloom Albums use light to develop your images onto the spread just like the days of using film and darkrooms. The quality of the images in the Heirloom Album can't be beat!
Does the lab offer cover options?
Yes! Debossing is available on Heirloom Albums only. Cameos are offered on both Legacy Books and Heirloom Albums.
what is the Return Policy?
Because each book and album are custom products we do not accept returns. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Alayna before approving your design.
